Ceiling occupancy sensors are high-tech devices designed and developed to detect whether a designated space or room is occupied or unoccupied. Accordingly, it will turn off and on the lights, fans, and other electrical appliances, thereby saving substantial energy.  The  price of occupancy sensors  is pretty reasonable.
